Real Piano 2021

Real Piano 2021 is an Android music app that lets you play a piano on your phone or tablet. According to its listing, connecting a MIDI keyboard to the device gives you access to a full piano keyboard with 88 keys, along with a range of keyboard instruments. The developer is listed as Fega.Games, and the listed version is 3.0.

Instruments and keyboard connection

The app lists support for several keyboard instruments, including piano, grand piano, organ, guitar, and harp. The listing describes connecting a MIDI keyboard to your smartphone with a USB OTG cable or a MIDI cable so you can play within the app. It also states that you can connect the device to a real piano or organ for playing.

Play modes

Real Piano 2021 offers more than one way to play. The listing describes piano tiles, a standard piano keyboard, and a MIDI keyboard mode. The piano tiles mode and the piano sheet music mode are described as separate ways to work through songs, so each mode should be treated according to its own documented behavior rather than as identical. A dual piano keyboard feature is also listed, which the listing says makes playing easier and more intuitive.

Songs, recording, and MIDI files

The app provides a song library that you can play in either tiles mode or piano sheet music mode. You can record your own songs and save them for later playback or sharing. The listing also says downloaded MIDI files can be saved to external storage and loaded back into the app, or played on a real piano device with a USB OTG or MIDI cable.

Who it is described for

The listing presents the app as suitable for beginners who want to practice and for experienced musicians who want to explore new songs. Its combination of instruments, play modes, a song library, and recording tools is meant to support both practice and general music making.
