Zedge FREE RINGTONES

Zedge FREE RINGTONES is an Android app for choosing music tones for incoming calls, notifications, SMS alerts, and alarms. Its collection contains 96 ringtones covering several named themes and regional styles, with options to preview tones before selecting them.

What kinds of ringtones are included?

The listed collection is intended for varied musical preferences. It includes Hindi and Tollywood selections, Arabic tones, and WWE-themed sounds. The description also presents the collection as shaped by user voting, with selected tones gathered in one app.

Can a tone be assigned to different phone alerts?

The app supports configuring a chosen tone for several alert roles. These include the default incoming call ringtone, a notification sound, an SMS alert, or an alarm sound. This allows different parts of the phone's alert setup to use the available tones.

Can I hear a ringtone before choosing it?

Yes. The source states that each ringtone can be played for listening before it is downloaded or selected. This preview function is useful when comparing the available sounds and deciding which one fits a particular alert.

Are the saved tones available without an internet connection?

The app allows ringtones to be downloaded and saved to the device. According to the description, saved tones can then be accessed without an internet connection, so an active connection is not required for later use of those downloaded files.

Can selected ringtones be shared?

The source describes a share button for sending the listed ringtones to family and friends. Sharing is presented as an additional function alongside listening, saving, and assigning tones to phone alerts.
