ProSales

What ProSales is designed to do

ProSales is a mobile application for people involved in property sales, including property developers, marketers, sales agents, solicitors, bankers, and administrators. According to its description, the app is built as a proptech solution that covers the sales process from lead generation through to sales performance tracking, with the aim of improving productivity and efficiency across these roles.

Mobile sales kits and virtual property tours

The app provides mobile sales kits that bring together property information and tools for marketing and selling units. Sales agents can use these kits to show properties to prospective buyers while away from the office. A separate 360 Virtual Experience feature lets users give potential buyers a virtual tour of a property, which the description presents as a way for buyers to visualise a unit before deciding to purchase.

Online sales booking

ProSales includes online sales booking. Buyers can browse available properties, choose a unit, and make a booking online. The description links this workflow to saving time and effort for both buyers and sales agents.

Digital documents and offline access

The app offers digital signatures and document management, which the description says allow users to handle contracts, agreements, and other important documents digitally. It also states that the app works both online and offline, and that sales agents can access and show property information without an internet connection.
