Bonjour Crepes & Wine

Bonjour Crepes & Wine is an app for placing orders for crepes and wine from a mobile device. Customers can select items from the menu, add special instructions, and submit an order without calling by phone. The app also provides order updates, payment options, and access to previous orders.

Ordering and customization

Users can browse the menu and choose the items they want to order. Special instructions can be added to an order to communicate preferences for the selected items. The source describes this as a way to customize an order, but does not specify which customizations are available for each menu item.

The ordering process also includes a tipping option for the delivery person. The app description does not clarify whether every order is for delivery or pickup, so the available fulfillment method may depend on the order.

Payments and order updates

The app supports multiple payment options and allows users to save card details for quicker transactions. It also sends a push notification when an order is ready for pickup. That alert gives customers an update on when to collect their order; the description does not specify other tracking details or timing controls.

Order history and repeat orders

Previous orders are saved in the user's profile. Customers can refer to that history when placing another order, making it easier to find items they have ordered before. The app description presents saved orders as a reference for choosing familiar items or exploring other options on the menu.

A typical order workflow is to select menu items, enter any special instructions, choose a payment method, and place the order. Users can then watch for a notification that it is ready for pickup. The source does not provide further details about account settings or the specific payment methods offered.
